    A very handsome patinated plaster bust of a young man, most likely a commissioned piece bearing the sitters initials J.D.F. signed on the reverse with impressed signature and dated 06/48, raised overall upon a square teak base. Dimensions, 16" high (including base) x 7" wide x 8.75" deep.

    Provenance: Purchased directly from the Artists Estate.

    Harold Sampson Pfeiffer (1908-1997) is a listed member of the Sculptors Society of Canada (SSC) whose works are in several public collections including Alberta House, London England, Canadian Museum of Civilization, Hull Quebec, Sculptor’s Society of Canada, Toronto Canada.
