Highly Figured 19th Century Biedermeier Bureau-Commode in Walnut

The canted top with an ebonized trim, over four tiers of drawers with highly figured fronts and original hardware, the uppermost with a drop down mechanism opening to a galleried and ebonized writing surface backed by small drawers. Raised overall upon block supports atop ebonized feet. Austria, Circa 1825.
