The stunning & richly gilded bronze body profusely decorated overall with hand applied arabesque motifs in a jewel-like palette of multi-coloured enamels, rising to a columnar neck decorated with an applied gilt bronze handle in the form of a chimera. Measuring 4.75” high.
An exceptional object, in excellent overall condition and of considerable weight, weighing 372 grams.
