From the North Sumatran region of the Acehnese people, the convex exterior surface showing seven semi-spherical protrusions or bosses centering Islamic inspired star motifs, the reverse showing four eyelets intended for attaching a hand held strap. Exhibiting a fine dark brown patina overall. Diameter, 9.5”
