A George IV Sterling Silver Vinaigrette, Birmingham 1826
The body decorated with bright cut detail, the top centred with a foliate embossed lozenge opening to a gilded interior fitted with a hinged & pierced grille. Maker’s marks on case rubbed possibly ES, maker’s marks on grille IT (possibly for Joseph Thredder).
Dimensions, .25” high x 1” wide x 5/8” deep.
Weight, 7 grams. Condition is good with very small tear to one corner.
