A Fine Chinese Blue & White Porcelain Kangxi-Style Hat Stand Vase, Circa 1910
The pierced cylindrical body showing a running band of lotus petal motifs at the base, the main body decorated overall with cobalt blue scrolling vines interspersed with flowerheads, lotus blossoms, fish and shells, the rim encircled with wave motifs. The underside bearing the four character blue mark for Kangxi Nian Zhi – translated meaning “Kangxi Period Made” indicating the item is in the Kangxi style but of a later manufacture. Height, 11.5”, Diameter 4 7/8”
