A Fine 19th Century Brass Bound Coromandel Stationary / Document Box, England Circa 1860

The richly figured case having a peaked hinged lid bound with brass strapping, opening to a satin-lined and fitted interior, raised upon a canted flush mounted plinth base. Original lock mechanism intact.
