    The squared body with inverted corners and traces or red oxide on the rim, decorated on the interior with hand painted enamels of flower blossoms & waterfowl against a yellow field, the exterior surface similarly decorated with flower blossoms, cranes and other waterfowl against a turquoise field. Raise upon a flaring foot decorated with stylized wave motifs, the underside showing iron red character marks for ‘Da Qing Guangxu Nian Zhi’ which refers to the reign of Guangxu (1875-1908).
