Since 1989 Ernest Johnson Antiques has been offering discriminating clients a select inventory of 18th – 20th century English, European and Asian Fine & Decorative Art and has established the reputation of maintaining what is arguably the finest selection of antique period furniture, fine & decorative art & accessories in the National Capital region.
Ernest Johnson has been a vetted member of the Canadian Antique Dealers Association (CADA) for 24 years and has served as a member of the associations vetting team, as well as CADA Spokesperson & Events Co-ordinator. The CADA is a Canadian Government chartered organization established in 1967 that currently represents approximately 30 dealers nationwide.
Ernest Johnson has also authored a monthly antiques column for Ottawa Life Magazine and has written feature articles for The Upper Canadian – now known as ‘Canadian Antiques & Vintage Magazine’ - Canada's foremost antiques magazine.
