A fine & heavy early 20th century Chinese export silver salver having a dished surface engraved with motifs of bamboo branches & foliage against a stippled field, rising to a similarly decorated rim with a conforming raised border of stylized bamboo segments, raised overall upon three convex supports. Maker / retailer marks partially rubbed but appear to be for The Nanking Store, Shanghai (working 1895-1940).
