Buying & Selling 

It is acknowledged that at the point of sale the client is completely satisfied with the product as described and/or illustrated by Ernest Johnson Antiques, and that all sales transacted are final unless otherwise stipulated. Any items being offered to Ernest Johnson Antiques via email for the purpose of resale will be considered and promptly replied to, however offers will only be conveyed following a viewing of the item(s) either in situ or when brought to the showroom. Offers are not conveyed based on digital or hard copy images.

Handling & Shipping Policy

Please note we do not pack, ship or dismantle any items ourselves. Any and all arrangements for packing & shipping are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Upon transfer of ownership (point of sale) it is the client’s responsibility to remove the item(s) from the showroom within 72 hours (exceptions may apply if previously arranged). Ernest Johnson Antiques bears no responsibility for any loss or damage to the item(s) beyond the point of sale, either while on-site or while in transit.
